R	$29.50	Standard residential installation - Rates are good for up to four months and includes removal.
SDP	$45.00	Sign Up double post installation - Rates are good for up to four months and includes removal.
Z2	$10.00	Surcharge - Zone 2 (out of area) Additional charge per each installation, removal and callback that are out of the Phoenix metro area. Please see map.
PC1	$12.00	Extension Charge - Extension of post for up to another 4 months.
ML	$0.70	Mileage Charge - Charge for extra mileage outside zone 2.
MP	$30.00	Missing standard post - A door tag is left at the property if a post is missing and client is notified. If the post is retrieved we will credit this charge.
MDP	$50.00	Missing double post - A door tag is left at the property if a post is missing and client is notified If the post is retrieved we will credit this charge.
TC	$15.00	Trip charge / Delivery - Trip to property when not the fault of Sign Up. Sign Up will pick up your new signs at no charge. However, if we are to pick up one sign for installation or delivering, there is a delivery charge for this service.
NSF	$30.00	Non-sufficient funds - Checks returned for non-sufficient funds.
LF	$20.00	Late Fee - Payments not made within time frame.
